The Cast Network has been established to gain a sense of unity amongst the youth through thought provoking conversations and experiences. The Cast network is an informational highway helping the youth on their journey from young men into manhood. Doing so by thinking outside of the box and exploring subject matters that are hardly thought of and barely talked about, in manners these young men can relate to.
Influential Development
Our Positive influence group activities provide troubled youth a supportive and positive environment to develop social skills, build self esteem and form healthy relationships.Through engaging group activities and discussions, our experienced mentors empower youth to make positive choices and overcome challenges, fostering personal growth and resilience
Experiential Development
We provide at-risk youth with opportunities to engage in new and enriching experiences beyond their usual comfort zones. Through carefully curated activities and challenges, our mentors guide youth to explore uncharted territories, encouraging personal growth and broadening perspectives. Our Experiential Development initiative aims to ignite a sense of adventure and curiosity within each individual, fostering a spirit of exploration that can lead to transformative personal development.
Self development
Self-discovery and goal setting are a big part of what we do. Helping youth explore their passions, strengths, values and setting meaningful goals for their personal and career growth all contribute to their self development

My Life As an At-Risk Youth
Life's been a rollercoaster I never bought a ticket for, twists and turns throwing me off course, leaving me bewildered in a world that never stops spinning. But in the chaos, I found fragments of myself I never knew existed. strength in my vulnerability, resilience in my tears, and hope in the darkness.
Each hurdle I face, each tear I shed, is a stepping stone towards a brighter horizon I refuse to stop chasing.
Some days, the weight of the world feels unbearable, suffocating me with the labels society slapped on my back. At-risk youth, they call us like we're defined by the statistics stacked against us. But hidden behind the numbers and judgments are stories of warriors rising from the ashes, defying the odds, and painting a future only we can envision.
So, I march on through the storm, carrying my dreams like lanterns guiding me through the night. I stumble, I fall, but I rise with unwavering determination. For in this journey of figuring it out, I've learned that the fiercest flames are forged from the darkest struggles.
